Dairy Farmers - Moments Like These

Moments Like These for Dairy Farmers was all about honouring real life in all its messy, beautiful complexity.

For this project, I focused on capturing the tiny, intimate moments that make life meaningful, a late-night kitchen standoff between a mother and daughter, the silent comfort of a hug between mates, the joyful chaos of friends push-starting a car on a road trip.

My approach was simple: stay out of the way and let real moments unfold. We cast real friendships and genuine connections, shot scenes in a way that felt observational rather than staged, and leaned into silence and natural sound instead of music to give the audience space to feel.

Visually, I balanced cinematic naturalism with spontaneity, keeping the camera fluid and close to the characters while allowing moments to breathe. It was all about finding truth in the everyday and showing how Dairy Farmers is there for all of it, the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
